This isn't your typical job posting. Well it's really not a job posting at all, it's an opportunity for growth.
We're looking for Transaction Coordinators who have a pipeline of business and are ready for something bigger than working solo. This is an opportunity to build and own your market, with a company behind you that provides you the systems, support, and coaching to make it happen.
Here's what that actually looks like in practice:
About a year ago, one of our TCs joined HS as a solo coordinator closing 4 to 5 transactions a month.
Today, she's closing 30+ a month and growing a team of TCs working under her. She's built enough agent relationships that referrals now fill her team's pipeline on their own.
HS handles the operations, the accounting, the systems, all of it, so her time goes toward leading and growing instead of drowning in admin. Within the next year, her goal is to be fully out of the day to day in her own business, running it instead of running herself into the ground.
That's the model. And we want to build it with a lot more people.
This isn't about handing you leads and calling it a day. It's about giving you the backing to take what you've already built and grow it further than you should on your own. Too many of us try to go it alone. We push until we burn out, or we plateau and stay stuck there because there's no one around to help us see past it. Trust me I am speaking from experience.
This is about supporting the person, not just the business. Growth means nothing if you're running on empty to get there.
As your team grows, so does your split. This is a real leadership opportunity to own your state, build a team under you, and create the kind of income and freedom that comes from ownership, not just output.
What HS handles for you:
What we build together:
We are actively expanding into new states/markets, and we're accepting applications nationwide right now.
If your state isn't built out yet, we will prioritize adding it for the right person, because that's exactly the kind of opportunity this is.
We're not trying to build a big team. We're trying to give 100s of TCs the same opportunity, one market, one state at a time.
If that sounds like the business you've been trying to build on your own, let's talk.
