She is a wife and mother of two beautiful baby girls and two fur babies. She has since narrowed her focus from selling homes to supporting other agents and clients in their home buying journey. I am a driven and energetic Transaction Coordinator with over four years of experience in the real estate industry. My goal is to collaborate with real estate agents and teams, leveraging my extensive knowledge of real estate contracts and disclosures to streamline the transaction process. My organizational skills and attention to detail ensure smooth and efficient closings, allowing agents to focus on what they do best—selling homes. 

As a licensed real estate agent, I bring a deep understanding of the industry, making me an invaluable asset to any real estate team. Outside of work, I am married and share my life with two wonderful dogs.

I have been a licensed real estate agent for over 4 years and have enjoyed using my skills to serve other agents throughout their transactions as a coordinator. Most importantly, I am a mom & a wife who understands the importance of valuing and utilizing time wisely. I know the importance of delegating responsibilities into trustworthy hands in order to balance personal life and thrive as a Realtor too. 

I enjoy nothing more than check off tasks from a to-do list, keeping an organized/thorough calendar and helping ensure work is done with excellence. My experience  and training as an  agent myself is what gives me the knowledge & professionalism to succeed as a manager of other's transactions.

Based in San Angelo, she has deep roots in the West Texas market and currently supports agents across San Angelo and Dallas. Whether working with new or seasoned agents or full real estate teams, she thrives on creating smooth, stress-free closings and is always looking to make a meaningful impact on the agents she serves.

Outside of work, Jenny is married with three kids and understands firsthand how valuable it is to have support that keeps everything moving, both at home and in business.

Tamatha Mayfield was born and raised in Houston. This has given her an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. She also is a Military Wife and has traveled the world. While stationed in Connecticut where she resided for a little over 10 years, she became a licensed real estate agent in 2012.

Understanding her community and the areas she works is one of the most important aspects of her real estate career. Tamatha enjoys showcasing the diversity Houston and its surrounding areas have to offer. What excites Tamatha about Houston is that it has so much to do and is really a shopping ground for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Tamatha's experience hasn't always been in real estate. She spent ten years in the Oil and Gas field until her path took a major turn and she moved to Germany due to her Husband's Military orders. It was then she embraced being a Military Wife exploring what she really loved doing, Tamatha grew a passion for the different types of real estate the world had to offer.

Tamatha is married to her awesome husband, Cedric, who is an amazing Musician with the United States Coast Guard. He shares her passion and is her number one supporter. Together they have 4 children, 4 grandchildren, a 4-legged human Boxer/Pit mix named Melo and a really big 6 month old Cane Corse named Deuce. Meet Genevieve Guerra — first and foremost a devoted wife to her husband Jonathan and loving mom to their sweet 3-year-old daughter, Stella. A proud Texas native, born and raised in San Antonio, Genevieve has been a Realtor for the past 3 years and now brings that same experience and insight to her role as a Transaction Coordinator.

Outside of her TC work, Genevieve enjoys sipping on a good iced coffee, spending afternoons at the zoo with Stella, and sneaking away for a little quality time with her husband Jon.
