• Order Listing Home Warranty if applicable

•  Ensure all documents are uploaded into the proper compliance platforms 
• Send client copy of all documents and pertinent dates  
• Periodic email updates to client with date reminders
• MLS Entry 
• Add Open Houses to MLS 
• Coordinate sign and lockbox installation
• Coordinate Photographer 
• Update MLS as the transaction progresses

*Contract to Close is $375 in addition to the listing. If Harper Real Estate Services is only doing Contract to Close the fee is $425*

• Obtain Buyer Representation Agreement and IABS
• Review contract and corresponding documents for accuracy and completion
• Email executed contract and corresponding documents to Title Company and all applicable parties 
• Ensure documents are uploaded into the proper compliance platforms
• Provide client with Option and Earnest money instructions
• Coordinate inspections
• Periodic email updates to client with date reminders 
• Serve as liaison between all parties 
• Ensure deadlines are followed up on
• Coordinate buyer's final walk through
• Schedule Closing
• Send followup email for review and referrals
